Morphos AI is an applied research company founded in 2023 in Chandler, Arizona. We are changing how AI systems store and update information with the goal of helping capable systems operate with less memory, compute, power, and connectivity.
Why Morphos exists
The most capable AI systems have been built around abundance: large data centers, fast networks, and infrastructure that can expand when the workload grows.
Vehicles, autonomous platforms, portable hardware, and embedded systems have finite resources. The information they need can still grow and change.
Morphos works on how AI systems store and update information. The goal is to keep the information that matters current without storing and searching every redundant representation along the way.
The goal is to use less infrastructure without reducing what the system can do.
What we build
Green Vectors is the shared foundation. Language Intelligence and Autonomous Systems apply it to different conditions.

CHAIRMAN AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER - COFOUNDER
Serial Entrepreneur, Former Investment Banker, and Financier. Sets the company's direction and makes its case to investors, partners, and the board. Two prior exits. Teaches entrepreneurship at Arizona State University's Thunderbird School of Global Management.
HEAD OF RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT - COFOUNDER
Polyglot, Mathematician, and experienced software developer with 25+ years in AI. The primary inventor of the Green Vectors architecture. Sets the research direction for Green Vectors and leads the development of Morphos IP.
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER - COFOUNDER
Leads overall engineering strategy and execution and the Autonomous Systems research program. Experienced Machine learning engineer, in-demand international lecturer, speaker, and entrepreneur with a prior exit.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER - COFOUNDER
Leads company operations, process, and delivery. Puts disciplined process behind the research and engineering programs so the company can ship on schedule and at quality. Six Sigma Black Belt with a manufacturing background at Ford, plus extensive Big 4 Consulting experience at Accenture, SNC-Lavlin, and more.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER - COFOUNDER
Leads financial planning, controls, and investor reporting. Former Managing Director at American Express, with extensive experience in Fortune 500 execution, FinTech, and more.

Leads external communications and government business development. Extensive Fortune 500 consulting, speaking, and leadership experience.
